Complaints Process: How to Tell Us What Went Wrong
Last updated: October 2026
We want every homeowner who reaches Hearinguk Roofing to be treated fairly and honestly. If something went wrong, please tell us. This page shows how to raise a complaint and what to expect afterward. It is a general template and is not legal advice.
What You Can Bring to Us
You can write to us about:
- How your call or contact with Hearinguk Roofing went
- How your personal information was handled
- Anything on this website that seems unclear or wrong
- The conduct of a provider we connected you with
When the Problem Is With a Provider
Say you are unhappy with work done on your home. The providers in our network are independent businesses. Each one is responsible for its own estimates, pricing, work, warranties and customer service. So the usual first step is to take the issue straight to the provider and keep a written record of what you say and what they answer.
Still, we want to hear about it. Feedback on providers helps keep our network honest. A provider that repeatedly falls short of what we expect may be removed from the network. Please know that Hearinguk Roofing cannot settle contract disputes, refund a provider's work, or make decisions for a provider.
How to Send a Complaint
Email contact@hearinguk.garden and include:
- Your name and a way to reach you
- The date you contacted us or the provider
- The phone number you dialed or the form you used, if you remember
- The provider's name, if you know it
- A clear account of what happened and what outcome you hope for
After You Write
We acknowledge your complaint by email, usually within a few business days. We review what happened, which may include contacting the provider. Then we reply with what we found and any steps we are taking.
If You Are Still Unhappy
If our answer does not satisfy you, reply and ask us to take another look. You may also reach out to your state's consumer protection office or attorney general, or to your local Better Business Bureau. When the issue involves a licensed provider, your state's contractor licensing board may be able to help too.
